Why INSPIRED Matters
Have you ever suddenly realized that weeks—or even months—have passed and everything seems to blur together? You pause and wonder, “How did I get here?” Life may appear to be working on the surface, yet a quiet inner voice begins asking for something more… something deeper.
Many women reach a point where they are capable, responsible, and showing up fully in their lives yet still feel quietly drawn toward greater clarity, renewed energy, and a deeper connection to who they truly are.
INSPIRED was created for this very space. Through thoughtful conversation, reflective practices, and intuitive insight, we invite women to pause, reconnect with their own inner wisdom, and feel inspired to move forward with greater clarity and intention.
A Circle, Not a Course
Deb and I intentionally chose the word circle because it reflects the spirit of what we aim to create together. A circle suggests support rather than hierarchy. It invites honest conversation rather than performance, and connection rather than comparison.
In a circle, no one is above anyone else. We are not here as gurus or authorities telling you who to be or how to live your life. Instead, we come together as facilitators—holding space for meaningful reflection, shared insight, and the wisdom that emerges when women gather and give themselves the space to be honest, curious, and real.
To preserve that spirit, each group will remain small. Every cohort will include no more than ten women, allowing the experience to feel intimate, thoughtful, and genuinely supportive.
Our Approach
INSPIRED brings together two complementary perspectives that work together to support both insight and integration.
Intuitive Insight
Deb’s work as an Intuitive and Medium invites people to see their lives from a deeper energetic and spiritual perspective. She has a natural ability to illuminate the places where you may have dimmed your own truth or quieted your voice.
Through intuitive insight, Deb gently reflects patterns, possibilities, and questions that invite deeper self-awareness, often bringing language to the quiet nudges you may already be sensing within yourself. Rather than offering answers, her role is to open space for reflection—helping you reconnect with the wisdom that already lives within you.
That intuitive clarity is often where our work begins.

Grounding Insight Into Everyday Life
From there, I help guide the process of grounding those insights through positive psychology practices, reflective exercises, and thoughtful conversation so that awareness can move beyond insight and into meaningful action.
Together, these perspectives create a space where insight is not only discovered, but thoughtfully integrated into everyday life.
What We’ll Explore Together
Each week we will gather online for a 90-minute circle to reflect, share perspectives, and explore the insights that naturally arise within the group.
Over the eight weeks, our conversations will gently move through the themes represented in the word INSPIRED:
Identity – reflecting on who you believe you are in this season of life
Needs – honoring what your life, energy, and circumstances may be asking of you
Soul – listening to the deeper wisdom that often gets lost in the noise of daily life
Purpose – considering how you want to show up and what feels most meaningful to you
Integration – bringing new awareness into everyday choices and actions
Reflection – pausing to notice patterns, insights, and shifts within yourself
Energy – learning to protect and direct what supports your well-being and growth
Devotion – choosing to move forward with care & attention toward what feels most true for you
The Heart Behind This Circle
Over the years, Deb and I have had the privilege of working with many thoughtful and capable women who are creating meaningful lives. Time and again, we’ve noticed that even when things appear to be going well, there can be a quiet pull toward deeper reflection and alignment.
Those moments are rarely a sign that something is wrong. More often, they are subtle invitations to grow in a new way.
We created this circle because we believe there is real value in slowing down long enough to listen to your own inner wisdom. Our hope is that everyone who joins this experience leaves feeling clearer, more connected to themselves, and inspired to take their next step with intention.
