Well-Being Isn't Optional.
It's Foundational.
We thrive when we feel connected, recognize our strengths, navigate challenges with resilience, and have opportunities to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters.
Grounded in positive psychology and decades of experience in education and human development, Positive Education Organization transforms the science of flourishing into meaningful experiences people can understand, feel, and carry into their everyday lives.

MEET CHRISTY
Educator. Facilitator.
Applied Positive Psychology Practitioner.
For more than 25 years, I’ve been exploring what helps people learn, grow, connect, and thrive.
My background in education, curriculum design, and leadership eventually led me to positive psychology and the science of human flourishing. Today, I bring those worlds together, turning research into meaningful experiences that invite people to learn, reflect, connect, and put what they discover into practice.
Whether I’m facilitating a workshop, creating a well-being program, leading a retreat, or collaborating with an organization, my goal is the same: to create experiences that help people recognize their strengths, deepen connection, and discover practical ways to thrive.
Grounded in science. Rooted in connection. That’s the heart of my work.
